- Social Science Recordings is a boutique record label in downtown Los Angeles. Run by musicians and music lovers, it is dedicated to lyrically-engaging, pop-inflected music by gifted singer/songwriters and indie rock bands. Social Science lovingly grooms each of our artists for the challenges and adventures they will encounter beyond the orphanage walls.
Social Science staff gathers each day in an unmarked building and assisted by copious amounts of coffee, music and computers, we toil to bring extraordinary music to the world.
