Bike surgery was okay. He fixed the loose front wheel, cleaned and oiled the chain so it runs much smoother now, and then he replaced the handlebars with shorter, lighter ones. It was a bit strange putting them on because they didn't actually fit. He ended up cutting and wrapping a bit of a beer can around them and tapping it on so it was thick enough. Sounds weird but it worked.
