I’m in a place full of wonders, full of happiness, full of excitement but I think to myself; don’t I have to show my gratitude on earth to prove worthiness of gaining entrance to this kingdom. I once got told that heaven is a place for the righteous, for those who obey the laws of life and fight against the temptation of the earth. My lord told me in a dream… dancing with the devil will get me nowhere however he has given me the choice and the wisdom to make the right decision to battle against such a liar. I begin my dream of this air castle by seeing a broad gate almost 50 feet tall with joyfulness staining its walls. This gate had sisters, those of which were in a row showing an entrance to this kingdom. I ask myself how I can get through this gate. No one was there, not a single smell not a single soul lurked its surroundings, apart from the fresh waters which looked like that of a precious jewel, like precious diamonds, clearer than crystals, running along the lush grass neighbouring the first gate.

I had an option of exploring all twelve gates but they were all similar in look. The gates shone like the sun, its architectural perfection out-brillianced that on earth. All gates enclosed me in it, three to the north, three to the south, three to the west and three to the east. Suddenly I noticed a rare stone which caught my right eye. This was a mixture of Topaz and sapphire giving it a green glow, never the less I was troubled not to call it emerald due to its uneven mixtures. I also noticed it had no shadow, this got me befuddled. I was surprised when I saw this, then I noticed nothing else had a shadow. How can I be in such a place with astonishing beauty? Following this moment I tried picking up the stone, and then I felt a subtle gash of wind blow across my face. The clouds darkened and it felt like they were howling like ferocious wolves. All things stopped moving, the air fell silent and the waters stopped flowing thus looking like pure crystals glittering with the reflection of the gold like dandelions. The next step occurred and everything turned opposite, the river became dull, the plants dying and all the gates lost its brilliance. Everything began starring at me, making me feel like an outcast. Only to open my eyes and find everything was back to normal. I was so shocked I felt cold but as I went up to the first gate and spoke through it, wanting to find out some questions I got no reply. Instead something struck my chest as I felt a gentle pain incessantly engraving in my brain. This pain was deep I fell to the floor. The pain was so deep it was unbearable. I turned round to see if I could get up, then I saw a blurry figure standing near the river but it refused to come any closer. I shouted
“Where am I?”
“What’s happening to me?”
“Behold my child, I am coming soon, blessed is he who keeps the word of my prophecy” replied this stranger
Suddenly I felt yet another burst of wind pushing me away from this entrance. I was exceedingly confused as I began loosing vision. Slowly but surely everything was getting dark as the distance furthered. Moments later its pitch black then I hear one more call for my name.
“Akin…. Akin”
Without moments to spare I wake up from my sleep and reminisce about what I believed was a dream. My room was still the same. It had the same feel and smell but I felt awkward lying on my bed just to find out I had been sleeping on a book. I looked at this book and it was a bible.
