If you want your request to be done Quickly.
follow this instruction ;;

#O2: Make sure your album can be view publicly</u>.

I use CS3 & CS3 depends where im at.(:
I make my own brush, effect and pattern
I used to download brush from deviantART
mostly Vector style brush
I don't use tutorials ...
i just muck around in Photoshop
all of us use different brushes from various sites
so yeh
and me {Kyla}, i use deviantart.com
just search in a particular word {e.g sparkly brush} and download it : D
i dont think we{as in the otehrs} use tutorials either. I don`t, but for ideas i go to chinese sites like farpop.com (they have tutorials there. but use a translater or something).
