That football physio I saw today told me to avoid running just now and gave me anti inflamitories to take the swelling down. I'm goin to book a session with a physio tomorrow and hopefully she can help me. I can walk and cycle, I just can't run.
That's a good idea actually about the Wackaoke! altho we'd need to warn Brian, beforehand, that I might empty his pub with my 'singing'!
