She should be up here before Christmas anyway, we're hoping to move in mid-December so we can try and get the flat sorted before she starts and while I'm off at Christmas.

Oh if you manage to get in touch with her, I've got two viewings for Wednesday, one on Bell St and one on St Andrews Square. I quite like the one on Bell St and since I've not seen much coming up recently I think if it's nice we'd be as well taking it, especially as fewer people are going to be moving out close to Christmas - so, fingers crossed!

Thanks for letting me know, I was starting to get worried! The flats I was going to try and see were all gone so I'm going to wait a week or so before looking again since we don't want to move too early. I'll keep you updated on viewings etc.
