- Información
- I am a Civil Engineer working on a Motorway project in Glasgow.
I play for the Famous Clyde Valley Rovers in the Glasgow Colleges league and also follow Rangers.
Weekends can get a bit messy. You'll normally find us in the Bishopton Inn or the West End, supping Mo's in a never ending quest for the perfect one! I promise I will add more photo's when I get the chance. But the rest of the boys seem to add photo's more often than I do so look at their pages - they are a pretty nice bunch as well. Though some of them should be locked up, like Titch, Grant and Gump.........but i suppose they are harmless enough.
- Music
- I am into eclectic mixes of cosmopolitan Jazz with a twist of south side under tone, god bless Billy Sloan...... or really anything that takes my fancy.
- Films
- Blazing Saddles, Coming to America, shawshank, Forrest gump, Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator, Blazing Saddles Coming to america, all brilliant all at the top of a very long list. And of course Small Faces, possibly some of the best extra's in Scottish movie history.
- Sports
- Football football football, Rangers and CVR. www.clydevalleyrovers.co.uk
- Scared Of
- Ok i have a fear, well more of a dislike, of cats, I don"t like them. They always look at you as if to say "aye right - get out of my way you worthless piece of sh1t". Do they not know that us humans are way further along the evolutionary path than them...little bast@rds.
- Happiest When
- with the people that are important to me.
- Mostly Hate
- The SNP (in particular, Salmond and Sturgeon), the News of the World, Adverts on the TV, cheesy Clyde 1 DJ"s, Neds(especially Paisley ones). Taxi drivers that are full of themselves, you know the kind, been there seen it done it - all from sitting on their arse in a bloody taxi. Some of them are cool though. Taxi operators "its on its way"- liars.
- Sponsor Me !
- On Sunday 25th May 2008 I will be walking up Ben Lomond with the Rangers Charity Foundation - who will be donating the money to several good causes.

3 Munros'
Myself, Ally, Cully and Gazza man Kane walked three Munor's on two days - impressed?
The walking started off at Inchnadamph on the West coast we walked nearly three miles to the base of the mountain before struggling up to the first Munro summit, Conival. After a short break for a munchy and the obligatory change of base layer by yours truely, it was off again to head to Ben More Assynt. Myself and Cully reached it first and were met with some very strong winds - so much so that we had to scamble about on all fours, something that I personally found a bit uncomfortable -though Cully seemed to be a master at it. On our accent away from Ben More, we encountered yet more unseasonal conditions as a flurry of snow pelted us.
After that is was the usual sore toes and jarring of knee's on the way back down the hills. We took a small detour to the caves nearby where the other three suddenly became adventurous and decided to engage in a bit of off the cuff pot holling. They didn't go to far and we made tracks back to Inchnadamph where the car like a golden chariot was waiting - I managed to shout shot gun before anyone else - RE-sult.
Once we got the boots off and got into aforementioned chariot, we headed North again. Durness was the destination a small township in the very Northwest corner of Scotland. On gaining access to the bunkhouse where Ally had arranged for us to stay, Cully came out with possibly the best 'Cullyism' ever. Having got into the bunkroom and realising we wouldn't be alone, 8 beds - 4 of us, Cully retorted
"The money a'm on'e 'n 'ave gote te sleep with some cvnt a don't even know!"
To which the rest of us just started pissing ourself laughing - absolutely priceless!
Sorry Cully but the Al Burj Durness and the Durness Hilton were both fully booked!
Needless to say we never let Cully forget it for the rest of the trip.
The next day we headed for Ben Hope, Scotlands most Northerly Munro. It was a real slog all the way to the summit, and when we got there visibility was down to about 20 metres - in otherwords the fantastic views that normally reward you at the top of the Munro's were completely obscured by some low cloud. Never mind, undetered Ally and Cully jumped on the trig point for some Kung Foo poses, I was to FooKunged to climb on top of the bloody thing!
It took us about 2 and bit hours to summit the hill and an hour and a half back down. We headed to Tain after Ben Hope with Cully flapping like a budgie he was going to run out of petrol. But we got there and stayed in a B&B called Golf View House - thoroughly recommend it if your up that neck of the woods.
The following day we were supposed to be Adventure Tubing, but after getting all wet-suited up, the activity guide called it off because the river was so high - maybe some other time! Have a look at the pictures0 comentarios 516 días

Thanks
How modern. But good medium to get this over to you all.
I would just like to thank all my friends for the wonderful support you have all offered to myself, Jamie and my Mum, over the last month since my Dad passed away.
It has obviously been a very difficult time for us all, and words only scratch the surface of the loss we are feeling. Though words can help you come to terms with it in some way.
The amount of cards we recieved, the number of people that were at dads funeral and the endless text messages and calls from people really has been remarkable.
I would love to be able to sit and write to everybody who has sent a message of support but that simply isn't possible due to the quantity of messages.
Thanks again to everybody.
