Me, Myself, and I
One of the most well known & respected djs in Ireland, Al has been on the scene for the last 10 years. He's played most prestigious clubs and been choice support dj for some of the biggest names in the industry.

The first club break came in the summer of 1999 when Temple Theatre main resident Darren Flynn asked him to play at the leading dublin hotspot for their flagship night -Space which attracted over 2,000 people every week. Fast forward to 2004 & Al gets called up by POD promoter Robbie Butler to play for Redbox which led to an exclusive residency. The rest as they say is history.

Since then, its been a rollercoaster ride for Al sharing the decks with everyone from Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Marco V, Gabriel & Dresden, Sander Van Doorn, Mauro Picotto, Above & Beyond, Eddie Halliwell & much much more.

2FM SESSIONS RECOGNITION
AL had one of his mixes on 2FM voted in the Top 3 mixes of 2004, by 2FM listeners. The mix had featured on 2FM’s "The Digital Sessions" which airs mixes from both local & international DJ’s every Saturday night. At the end of the year, the listener’s poll ranked Al’s mix 2nd, ahead of mixes from international jocks including Dave Clarke, The S-Man Roger Sanchez and Nick Warren. Al only lost out to a momentous set from the very deserving Orbital, which was live from the Oxegen Festival 2004.
SMIRNOFF EXPERIENCE RECOGNITION
Al was chosen to represent Ireland in the unique 6 part TV series on ITV, titled ‘The Joy of Decks’. The show, produced in association with Smirnoff Experience, profiled new up and coming DJ talent from across the UK and Ireland. Each of the 200 nominees had to shoot a 5 minute profile video and submit it with a 60 minute mix. Al was one of 3 people chosen to represent Ireland in this exciting contest. (www.thejoyofdecks.tv)
