Well... I've been training but the last couple of weeks it's been limited to the treadmill at the gym. Don't think I'm quite up for running the whole thing - may need to do some power walking at times

hope your having a wee relax after what im guessing would of been a busy day with the ending of wild impact at the end. Hope it went well! I am having a nice night in doing nothing but reflecting on the big thing called life. linsey went off to that celidh tonight,i came home totally soaked so was really not in the mood for dancing about lol. Hope your doggies have calmed down.
