Runrig are delighted to announce their Scottish summer show on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle on Saturday the 26th July. After 2007 being such an exciting year for the band, the show at Edinburgh Castle is a significant event for the band in 2008.0 Replys 91 weeks
Calum(band member of Runrig) said ‘This is a show we’re really excited about. It’s been too long since we last played on the esplanade – they were always great occasions for the fans – music in the heart of the capital city on a summers evening - you just couldn’t get a better atmosphere.’
Tickets – seated and standing – go on general sale on Friday 15th February from 9am, priced £35.00 (plus booking fee). Tickets will be available from ticketmaster. Gates open at 7pm.

Please sir, I want some more.” Oliver’s innocent request lands him in trouble with the workhouse Matron and the Beadle and sets him on his famous adventure. He is sold to a local undertaker, but runs away and is picked up by the Artful Dodger who invites Oliver to ‘Consider Yourself’ one of us! Fagin’s Gang set out to ‘Pick A Pocket or two’ and take Oliver along, but he is arrested and taken before the magistrates. When he finds Oliver was an innocent bystander, Mr Brownlow, the victim of the gang, takes Oliver in. Fagin’s Thief, Bill Sykes is afraid Oliver will give away their set-up and sends his girlfriend , Nancy to get Oliver back. Eventually Oliver is restored to Mr Brownlow, who by a million to one chance happens to be his Grandfather. Fagin sets out to rebuild his gang with the Dodger.!

i notice the "cultural"differences over here,people are a bit nosy here,whereas in edin,you can walk round with yer arse painted tartan lol,if you feel so inclined,i also find its too cliquey here,im hoping to move back to edin in future as i study there and still have family etc and pals in edinburgh
