International Radio Station ATLANTIC 252 was the monstrous Long Wave Giant which once broadcast to tens of Millions across the UK & Ireland from 1989 to 2001. On 252 kHz, we could be received overseas by night from as far a-field as Brazil, Ibiza, Finland, Russia and so on.
Did you work for ATLANTIC or were you a frequent listener / fan? Well this is the place for you. Many say since Atlantic went off the air, national Radio just hasn't been the same, give us you're thoughts on the UK & Ireland's most listened to radio station.
Our aims are to provide a platform, where fellow fans, can find the history, and memories of this monstours super brand of radio, we've also uploaded some jingles, so check them out, and take a trip back in time, when Atlantic was King of the airwaves. Amy Fitzpatrick went missing in Mijas in Spain on January 1st while walking home from her friends house and has not been seen since. We are asking for your help so this does not happen again!!
