Harajuku is commonly mistaken as a form of Japanese style, but it is actually the name of Harajuku Station which is in Tokyo, Japan.

It is a worldwide known area where photographers and tourists visit to take photographs of the girls who dress up in different fashion genres. Some of these genres are :

Gothic Lolita - ゴシックロリータ
Cosplay - コスプレ
Yamanba - ヤマンバ
Ganguro - ガングロ
Decora - サイトです

The decora style consit of wearing brightly coloured accessories, including plastic toys, plush toys and childish looking jewellery.

Cosplay is the fashion where people dress up as their favourite anime/magna/fantasy character and roleplay or participate in contests.

Gothic Lolita mostly imitates the look of Victorian porcelain dolls where the girls look extremely childish, mostly wear black, white and lace.
