Marty G, also known as Martin Gowans
Marty G, also known as Martin Gowans from Inverness, Scotland.
At 23 years of age Marty G is rapidly beginning to create his own unique sound, in the form of 80’s, soul, disco vibes. In Marty G’s younger years he was not interested in the run of the mill commercial music but instead was inspired by the old 80’s, soul, disco and classic rock records, discovered through listening to his parents music. In his latest tunes, Marty G’s been sampling a lot of old disco and funk records and fuseing them with electronic beats. The result of this has been songs like “Island dream” and “Soul Choppin” which have had great feedback.

this one’s certainly a track for a starter.)

(Fast and furious, like if it chops your soul with every kick banging at your ear,

Just letting you know that PET DUO will be returning to NI next Saturday (28th of Nov) for a night of relentlessly hard techno!!
Last time they played @ The Front Page was a hell of a night and we expect next week to be even better!
