They hadn't fixed the front bacause they assumed all the damage was to the back coz it was all smashed up! Dumbasses. I was RAGING!! As was pete who made me put them on the phone so he could 'discuss'. So at the moment I am driving a car with a hole in the front and they are going to order a new bumper. But at least I have a car to drive.
