Well, I'm getting married!!!!!!!! We finally set a date so the big day is in April 2010 - won't be long till then!!!!! We got engaged in the summer of 2007 while we were on holiday in Lake Garda, Italy. It was a fab holiday - loads of pizza and pasta....yum, yum.
Other that than, I'm a gym bunny - spend most of my life either at work or in the gym. My weekly exercise regime includes running, circuit training, boxing, spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat, Pilates and weights.
As well as going to the gym regularly to workout myself I also teach classes. At the moment I teach 3 Pilates classes a week.

- Music
- Greenday, Snow Patrol, Nickelback, Kings of Leon, Stereophonics, Pink......the list is endless actually. I pretty much like most stuff apart from Jazz and most Classical music.
- Films
- Love the good old classics (of my time) including Dirty Dancing, Cocktail, Days of Thunder. Also loved the Kill Bill films, the Saw films and recently saw Apocalypto which I thought was great. Other faves include those typical girlie ones - the Sex And The City movie, Coyote Ugly, Save the Last Dance and The Wedding Singer......
- Sports
- For watching.......Football. I'm a Glasgow Rangers fan. Don't really tend to watch many other sports but I do like the Strong Man competitions.
- Scared Of
- Heights - never used to be but as I get older I'm getting to like heights less and less.
- Happiest When
- Probably at the gym if I'm honest. Like catching up with my friends whenever I can
- TV Programmes
- All the trash American TV!!!! Love it all - Dirty Sexy Money, Brothers & Sisters, Ugly Betty, Prison Break, Greys Anatomy, The L Word, Friends, Ally McBeal, ER, Sex and the City, My Name is Earl, Americas Next Top Model etc etc

Can you believe its nearly XMas??????
As you know I teach Fitness Pilates classes at the Galleon and the Magnum (see below).
Just thought I'd let you know that I'm starting a new class in the Power House in Galston from Tuesday 8th January. It will be from 6pm to 7pm. If you, or anybody you know, is interested then it would be lovely to see you.

XMas - OMG!!!!!!!
Can't believe XMas is nearly here.....again!!!!!
I've taken this week off work to get all organised.
I've bought most of my pressies already with the exception of a few so I spent most of yesterday afternoon wrapping what I've bought. Today I've been writing my XMas cards - I've got about half of them done. It just seems to takessooooooo long to write cards!!!!!!
Also, yesterday I made my first batch of Gingerbread men. They seemed to work out ok -although I've eaten about half of them already. Planning to take the rest over to John's tonight so he can eat them. Didn't even bother to ice any eyes or buttons on them - just put them straight into the mouth!!!!!! lol. Anyways, this is just the trial run for the real ones at XMas. Will probably need another couple of batches before I'm confident...lol.
Been desperate to put up my tree for the past couple of weeks - really trying to fight the urge this week. I decided once its December and I've seen 3 lots of Decs up in other peoples houses then I'll put mine up. So far its almost December and I've seen 2 lots of decs. I'm aiming for the 9th to put them up but might give in and put them up this weekend. I've got my XMas night out with my work on the 7th so thought having the decs up before then might make me a bit more festive.
I was going to adopt the American way this year but putting my tree up for Thanksgiving and making Gingerbread men but in the end I thought 23rd November might be just a bit too early for the XMas tree. Still carrying on the tradition with the Gingerbread men though.

Fitness Pilates
As you may know I teach Fitness Pilates twice a week.
I teach at the Galleon Leisure Centre, Kilmarnock on a Wednesday night 7-8pm and at the Magnum Leisure Centre on a Thursday night from 8-9pm.

I've been painting my hall and just working away and doing the usual stuff - it was my first Work celebration night out on friday.. so had a few at that - made sure i didnt cry or dance on the tables he he he - it was hard to restrain - only kidding - and i never sang either - uchhh i miss storm

My time flies by. Training was intense (the exam lasted for 4 hrs) but wasn't as scarey as i had imagined (due to hearing horrendous horror stories). I start back on Tuesday 22nd & have been told that I'm based in govan for the time being, which is great, so i'll pop in and see the girls. Just back from Lanzarote, but never got my 3 suitcases from Airport (think they have decided that they dont want to come back to Paisley) cos it's raining. Hope your well, is anything new with you?

Summer holiday plans a wee bit embryonic at the moment, but if I'm not away anywhere I'll be only too happy to come and celebrate your birthday. Everything's relative eh....you're probably dreading 30 whereas I'd give my right arm for such youth! Some of the others might even be tempted out of Killie as well, but I wouldn't put money on it, that's for sure.
