      Life is full of mysteries and excitement, then come the lows and ill health. But hey if we didnt live life to the full we would all be dull.

      We learn to crawl, talk, walk and eat then speak for it to reverse itself in the future but thats all part of life and certainly aint looking forward to the latter so my advice is take every minute as if it was your last and enjoy your life as it comes do your best to make it what you want, and never make do coz everyone can do better if you aint happy dont just stick with it do something about it!!!

      And always remember a little smile always makes you feel better so just smile now and we will make the place a little happier.(yeah right there's alot of right grumpy folk out there you know, im sure there smile was put on upside down!?
