Help Advertise the march for Marriage!
Hi All!
Here are some short up-dates regarding the March for Marriage on Sunday 9th August.
A fantastic video advertisement for the march has been created for NOISE by Alan Early. The ad can be seen at http://lgbtnoise.ie/?p=1029 We hope to have it playing in various Dublin bars in the coming days. The website link also provides the option of directly posting the video to your facebook account. Please do so or send this link on to as many people as possible.
You may have noticed posters advertising the march in various locations around Dublin city over the weekend. We are using an additional poster that specifically targets the straight community and asks them to support the march. Let us know if you, or a friend of yours, has an available shop window in a prominent location and would be willing to hang a poster for the next two weeks. Email info@lgbtnoise.ie and we'll arrange for the poster to be hung. Help us poster the rest of the country @ http://lgbtnoise.ie/?p=983'
Finally, a dedicated March for Marriage 'Make and Do Do' will take place in Panti Bar on Monday 3rd August. Material for both placards and t-shirts will be available. Be there early and encourage your friends and family to come too.

March For Marriage! (Dublin) 9th August 2009
Hey all!
It's finally time to announce the next NOISE protest: we ask you, your friends, your family and your co-workers to MARCH FOR MARRIAGE in Dublin on Sunday 9th August 2009.
The march will gather at Dublin's City Hall, Dame Street, and will end with a rally at the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform on St Stephen's Green.

NOISE hopes that everybody will get involved in advertising the march. We expect to have posters and flyers around the city in the coming days. On Monday, we will release an email template and specifically designed poster to send to your straight friends, family and co-workers. WIN BRITNEY SPEARS TICKETS - Support Noise!
Hey folks!
This Thursday 7th May, Cormac and the team at PRHOMO will host a fundraiser for NOISE as part of their regular Thursday club night in BaseBar (formerly AKA), Wicklow Street.
A pair of very fabulous tickets to see BRITNEY SPEARS will be up for grabs on the night, with all proceeds from the raffle going to support NOISE in the fight for marriage equality. The PRHOMO crew have also generously offered to make a donation from door and bar takings.
DJ Ruth will be playing the best of Charts, Dance and Pop.

Thursday 10th Of September is World Suicide Awareness Day.
To mark this event, community groups from across Belfast are participating in an “Walk of Life” to raise awareness of the issue. Groups from across the city are leaving their perspective headquarters to march to City Hall for 6am, to mark this as a Belfast wide event. The event is scheduled at this early time to symbolise travelling through darkness and into light as an expression of hope for those bereaved through suicide.
We would like to march from our building Memorial House waring Street at 5.00am
