The British army is a support step for a lot of young people to build a strong career and future prospects.

In the British Army you will be trained to the highest standard, giving great opps for young people, qualifications, licenses etc all just for being a member of the British army, also teaches the young children today morals, respect, honor.

A lot of uneducated people give there opinion along the lines of " why would i wana do a job i can die in, your all crazy ...etc " where as with todays society and the " chav " population its probably safer to walk down Basra then your local council estate. Recently in the news a father died in front of his children and wife as they play in a local park, the father who shall not be named was playing cricket with his family when a group of 10 socially retarded chavs gave abuse to the father and then began to throw rocks and sticks, injuring the local man, he then suffered a heart attack on the scene and died in front of his kids and wife, now if thats the sort of society you want to be apart of i pitty you.

Alot of people give there opinion on the war in Iraq and Afghan, along the lines of it's a stupid war, we should just nuke the place etc but why should you be given the right to give such opinions when you have not experienced it yourself, around 80% of the population if not more of Iraq and Afghan actually want rid of the taliban etc due to there old islamic ways and the way they spread there message through fear, terror etc burning down schools, treating women like animals, murder, rape. Would this be tolerated in a western country such as Britain ? the answer is no, because we have human rights just as there people do and any chance the british army can make the world a better place, it will play it's role. Forget the American reason or any rumors about oil, that's not why where there, where there to support the people of a war stricken country.

The men and women of the British Army do an amazing job yet, when was the last time you seen a parade or any sort of public welcome home party, these men and women have give everything to make the world a better place, yet there is nothing, not just for the people who lost there lives or made it home safe, but what about the people who lose a limb or there hearing and there career is now over at such ages as 18 and 19 when all they wanted to do was serve Queen and Country, they wanted to serve you.

I give sympathy to the families that have lost but they died doing something they loved and they will be remembered as hero's not just some random guy who worked at Tesco's, keep them living on through memory no one can take that away from you.
