Gold Coast Rocked!
W00t!
Got back to Brisbane today after one well wicked trip to the Gold Coast.
Started off with the packing and preperation. Before we left met one of Dwayne's mates Paul. Ha! what a wicked fellow. We caught on like a house on fire. And he has an awesome convertable RX7.
Trip was fairly short to get there, we tried to follow the GPS we had in the car, stupid thing told us to get off the motor way at every exit. Hell at one point it told us to exit then upon the roundabout to exit BACK on to the motorway. so we just followed the signs, seemed to work.
So we arrived in the GC, found our hotel and damn what a spot we had, you cross one street and BAM! you're in the middle of Surfers Paradise! We have some sweet pic's from our floor. Newayz, it seemed our BDO started early as we started drinking around 4pm Sat and went hard into the night along with some of the Gold Coast night clubs. Finished clubbing around 5am only to come outta one of the places to sunlight, damn sun was rising at 5am, so me and Paul checked out the beach. Went back to the hotel, closed my eyes for an hour, had a shower and prepared for Big Day Out.
It took us a bit to get there on account of all the traffic and sheer lack of public transport lol. Hell we nearly took a limo just to get there haha! End up getting there and had a blast!. Got deep into the front of the crowed for Grinspoon, missed Regurgitator
Sad Panda on that one. Mainly hung round the Boiler room which was awesome. The night kicked in at it was that time... Rage Against The Machine were gonna start, i went solo through that oh so thick crowed. got to the centre about 5 people behind the barricade. And when they start the mosh pit went off!!! Stay there for about 1/2 hour. man that was a fun thing to do haha!
Too much stuff went on to remember it so i wont bother lol. Ended up back at home around 11pm, unfortunitely didn't end up going out that night cuz we all had NO sleep that weekend lol.
Chilled out on monday all around Gold Coast. Man that place is awesome. Definately coming back down for Indy! Yeah Boi!
Now to do the chilling thing in Brizzy!

BRB - Gold Coast/Brisbane
Hmmmm,
Finally i get to go on holiday after 7 years of all work and no play outside of Darwin. Well it's started off as i'd thought, i was caught speeding on the way home before going to the airport... Let's just say i'm extremely lucky but i'll prolly have my license suspended (again) :'(.
Got into Brisbane at 5:50am, Cloudy miserable. BUT NO HUMIDITY!!!!!!! My good mate Dwayne came and picked me up and i'm to crash at his place before and after our shannigans whilst in the Gold Coast.
Wasted day one mainly sleeping, stupid house is haunted, creeking noises, tv turning on for no reason. Dwayne sez it shouldn't be plugged in, so we decided not to check and plead ignorance on that one.
For now we drink up and watch movies, tomorrow we head to the Gold Coast to run a muck until Tuesday. And judging by how the weather cleared up today, seems the weather maybe on our side

haha you are seriously a freak of nature! Who ever wants a cold shower in the morning.. warm is all I ever want. I like the dry winds and the low humidty at the moment, it reduces how much you sweat so you don't need 20showers a day lol.
They're up this weekend, Sunday and Monday but I read in the paper today they are doing a 3rd show.. must be because of high numbers. I'm going Monday night and am looking forward to it

Just went to town on the Friday night && got pissed at Creeds house on the Saturday night
But yes, everything is good having an operation on Monday so i'm a bit worried about that but it should be all good! As long as they don't make me eat the hospital food afterwards I swear it's like recycled food or something...
&& i'll have to look out for those pirate ninja's now lol they do sound a bit scary

Your birthday was on Sunday? Dammit I missed it! Happy birthday man, did you have a good time? I've been really ill and haven't been at work all week. Caught some stupid bug that put me on my arse. I did go out Sat night for Davids thing, but I don't think I really did much socialising as I was sick and stuck with my friend Sarah as she didn't know anyone. Were you there? I can't even remember lol. I had a bit to drink to which was stupid - caused projectile vomiting all day sunday. Never drink when you have a fever! I have so much work to catch up on now, it's crazy!
