Over at IGN.Com they have a link to The X-Files: I Want To Believe movie trailer and having just watched it I am WICKED, WICKED, WICKED SIKED Daddy!!

Not only did I get a glimpse of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully for the first time since the 2002 finale "The Truth" but then there was an added bonus of Hugh Laurie being revealed to have a role in the film. And he looks like he's up to no good. Yes Dr. House is going to bring the pain and I LOVE IT!!!

Being born is the ultimate event of chance when you think about it. You have to have a man and a woman into each other so much, to be so madly in love that they throw caution to the wind and engage in sexual actitvities minus the pill and condoms; then a new life is created and if you're lucky you won't wind up backstage on Maury while your Mom's getting called a ho by your potential Daddy. It's all about timing and apparently on May 6, 1985 the timing was right because yours truly was born. Hard to believe though because it might not have gone down that way. What if my Biological Mother was so turned off by my Biological Father that she went and turned lesbian? What if my Bio-Dad had been a premature finisher and they never had sex again after that one mishap? I'm not even sure I was planned which is kind of cool because I'm used to throwing a wrench into the plans of others, being around when hardly expected to be. It's a cool feeling.

Now I never met either of these people obviously; shortly after my birth I was taken away from her and then adopted by my parents. I fully believe they were on the fence about bringing me home until the adoption agency threw in a free plate of wings and some beer. I know I would have jumped for joy if I had been them provided the sauce on the wings was medium. Who wants to look after a kid who craps himself when your mouth is on fire and you would rather lick a dead battery than drink the town's water right? In the end it was the best thing that ever happened to be and I only wish future babies who come out the vagina of their Mama could have the same wonderful life I've lead for 23 years.

23 is an odd number in more ways than one. It's not a milestone so more or less you throw a party for yourself in honor of not being dead just yet and along the way you score free cake and presents. I couldn't complain about that and this past Monday and Tuesday I was living it large which is easy to do because I'm a tall mother fucker. My Mom and I spent time together which although I see her often, was a somewhat rare event in itself. She works nights so I get to see her just as she falls asleep and then get her worked her by telling her the wrong time when she asks for it. And what better place to go eat out at than Red Lobster??

Yes The Red Lobster which actually is as advertised! It's red and you can in fact order lobster; it's a gem of a dining experience! I won't bore you with details on the chewing and swallowing since that's all you do when you eat anywhere but I will alert some of you to a dish that was out of this world and is a MUST have for the future: Lobster Pizza. Yes I know you likely rubbed your eyes and made them blury as sin over those two words but it is true! Wait don't run to your fridge and grab the Bobali and imitation crab meat to make your own.. Okay I know you're doing that so I'll wait.....

See? I told you. It's just not the same nor will it ever be. No don't hang your head in shame... Okay maybe just a little but don't let it get you down. It happens to the best of us. Now back on point to the Pizza situation. By all accounts it shouldn't taste good despite its tasty ingredients. But it does! It's delicious and lovely! And to think it's merely an appetizer, one you have to have because if you don't, you're a pinhead!

And then came the CAKE. I <3 Cake like a son who doesn't ask to borow money and always cleans his room. This one was of the Ice Cream variety which is really the only kind people should eat on their Birthdays. Naturally this all made me tickled pink, orange, blue, green, and a touch of Lavender. And this was just on the 5th!

My actual Birthday was just as fantastic. A $40 Walmart gift card (already used because movies own my soul) and a $25 from my Dad (soon to be used) to go along with the lovely Ket's $20 gift card to Amazon.Com (soon to be used!). Overall It was about as fantastic as you could hope for; minus the previously

Wow this week certainly went by very fast though that's more of an observation than a complaint. I will admit though that it was a rather strange one in the sense that I was happy every day of it for a change. Not once did I awake and feel something was too far out of my reach to control and shape into what I wanted it to be. It's a tremdenous feeling and one that I hope is maintained. It helps that next week's my Birthday so there's cause for celebration and that's followed by Mother's Day and then the following Tuesday is Election Day for my Dad. All those events will easily occupy my thoughts so that there's little room for negative vibes. If the wheels keep on turning you can't be stopped unless you want to be.


I have to once more thank Ket for being so kind and being a P.I.M.P. for my E-Bay items. I sold the Kevin Nash-Brock&Rock-Hardys set for the $20 I wanted so hooray! Oddly enough there was no love for my Steve Austin items. Oh HELLL NO! I will not accept that and shall re-list it soon enough with my other remaining items. Now that's worth giving me a Hell Yeah for LOL!

I hope work begins to pick up for my Dad and I since it's once again slow going. My recent attempts to obtain a second job haven't exactly panned out but that's more to do with my social skills than actual ability. Finding and holding onto self-confidence is the one area I continue to struggle with; I find myself still refusing to believe I am worthy of any position which I know is silly but still a thought process I undergo anyway. I'll get there and when I do you better stick to being indoors people because this SUPER Agent is a force that can not be stopped!


Much excitement over going to see Iron Man tonight! You couldn't ask for a better kick off to Summer movie madness. Last year was muddled by sequels that didn't leave much of an impression on me but this time around it appears that will be made up for. There's still Indiana Jones and X-Files: I Want to Believe on the horizon as well as Dark Knight. The latter of course will likely do HUUUUGE business as everyone wants to see the late Heath Ledger deliver what has said to be one of his best performances as the Joker. Looks to be good times, great memories!
