- Established in 2005 ,we are a Dundalk based soccer team competing in the Dundalk Junior League (Summer League) and the Dundalk Winter League. After a good start we have managed to put in a pretty respectable performance in our first summer league 2008, achieving 3rd place.
Founded by a number of players who played regularly in Glenmuir on a Wednesday evening these Vodafone hopefuls (now mostly ex-Vodafone, except the gaffer, Pico). We simply thought we'd put our talent (dont laugh) to better use and set up a team.
Having secured sponsorship from Gerry Cumiskey Ltd, and agreed a deal with Rangers (Moorland) for use of a pitch, we've now firmly established ourselves as a contender in the Dundalk Soccer leagues. After 3 years in the winter league, Ramparts Celtic won the Dundalk Winter League Chairmans Trophy.... Championees, Championees....!!!!!
