The Alternative Miss Cork 2010
Once a year the Alternative Miss Cork show rolls into town, bringing a fantastic collection of contestants, for the whole of Cork to behold at a fun packed evening of hilarious entertainment. The winner of the pageant will represent Cork at the annual Alternative Miss Ireland in Dublin's Olympia Theatre in March. The events are a fun means of raising funds for charities who help the many HIV positive people in Ireland.

Just a quickie to wish you a very Mary Xmas and a Happy New Year, and to ask how I can get hold of an APPLICATION FORM for AMC 2009. I did miss the opportunity to enter AMC 2008, but I'm all ready for the challenge for 2009 (is it going to be in February, and what date?). I've got a cracking show worked out, so all you folks wont be disappointed; I'll give more details on application! Do get back to me ASAP, so that I am certain of a place in the competition, rather than waiting until the very last minute!!!

I don't have ANY regrets, even though I couldn't take part, as I'd been in AMC 3 years in a row, come second in 2006, and hopefully I'll be back with something really awesome in 2009!!!
You've got to let new blood in to have a chance, so waiting until next year will be well worthwhile!
