- 1. How many bands without bassists can you honestly say are good? I mean, who would be stupid enough to have a band without a bassist, thus proving my first point of why bassists rule, you need them to have a successful band.
2. Bassists, like drummers, are what holds the band together rythmically, but unlike drummers, bassists are rarely recognised. therefore, proving my second point why bassists rule, they are modest and do not go out of their way to take the spotlight.
3.
