LORD OF THE DRUMS V
Another year, another Lord of the drums over.
This year had some of the best drummers
we have ever had, so lets start with the thanks.
A huge thanks to Tom and the samba,
yet again another mind blowing set from all involved,
They always make me want to dance,ha
Aaron Kennedy of Silverline studio's.
I don't really know how to explain Aaron any better than wow.
As well as an absolutely amazing drummer he was a great
guy to the other Lords on the day, sharing valuable advice and trade tricks.

A Veteran at this stage is Mike Hayden, again a big thanks to him.
Mike is a full time drum teacher, so if you are looking for a great teacher

The powerhouse that is Billy Noble, dear god I cant understand how his drums could take such a beating,haha. One thing is for sure, you dont to mic anything when Billy is playing, haha. Really enjoyed his set.
Gary McGuire, I don't know how to describe what I saw when he played the bodhran,
magical? amazing? mind blowing? or all of the above. Many thanks
Jammy, Paddy and Peter, yet again delivering the goods.
An awesome display ... We love you Tea-bag
And last but not least, Shane Pearson of newbridge band Jekyl.
His fist time to do something like this and without a bit of nerves in him
he rocked the house. We'd like to sincerely wish Shane and his band
every success on their big adventure they are take with their move to LA.

LORD OF THE DRUMS V ... The Lords are ...
Hey to all,
Right another year and another LORD OF THE DRUMS, awesome.
This year is going to see a small change in format
with more Traditional Irish and Percussion elements.
The rock LORDS playing the kits will also be accompanied by fellow musicians,
Back tracks etc, just to add a little more to the mix.
Right so the LORDS that are confirmed;

Hope u can make it down to the Home Star Runner Tour Gig in Paris Texas, this Thursday, 30th Oct., 2pm.
It's an all-ages gig (coz theyve the week off!) and the line-up is amazing - You've got Home Star (who just supported Fall Out Boy!), Scuba Dice (who are off to Germany with OnOff soon, the States and the UK in the New Year for the single launch...) , Lights Go Blue (Kent, London), Nightbox (BlastBeat world winners), Blue Syndrome (also Blast Beat winners) and Joe Got A Stroke.
Really hope u can make it - it's an amazing gig to be brought to our neck of the woods!!
