Fave books - all irish genius-type people, esp. flann the man (esp "the 3rd policeman - my FAVE book, long b4 Lost discovered it) and sammy beckett and jimmy joyce (writer and seer), who said "The greatest taboo of the 20th Century will be emotion" - a view so true, and cruel. also, philip k. dick (esp "the man in the high castle"), the great gatsby, gerard manley hopkins, william blake.
Heroes - mostly private, but skinny puppy (make my life real), my mum (for bringing me here and enabling me to stay), everyone who fights for their truth (postmodernism is an empty view 4 empty, reality TV people - what a cop out!)

They're mad on IDing you on all the doors, have to go out with a passport and my visa, not too comfy gettin shitfaced with my immigration documents in my arse pocket! I'm havin a laugh here, just the craic is different. Had a bit to drink last night, watched my Singapore bud get locked on Vodkas and Redbull, I could write a book! He's dangerous with the women.
You still teaching? I'm sure you'd get a place in Rathfarnham, although I'm outta town for a while so I'm pretty dated on the Dublin accommodation scene.
