Honestly, I don't know what to say but here it goes anyway. My name is Matthew, I live in a shitty little town called Orange (soz if i insulted shit)

I luv music, if i could listen to music non-stop for a week, a month, a year - i would. I suppose music is my escape from everything. I also love writing poetry, songs, reading nd doing arty stuff ... Im an over romantic person...my writing and art nd life all revolve around romance and i live for a romantic life lol ... if not for love what for, if not for life what would love be?

      My heart praying for you,
      Seeing you cry.
      Your tears falling like drizziling rain,
      Absent souls and eyes are passers by.

      Streets soo lonely, all alone,
      Tear soaked lips shutter in the breeze
      Her skin needled by the obscure August wind,
      Shadows of sins revealed in the moons light.

      Enduring, the glazed moon's gentle smile,
      Our plights within its' sight.
      Living our lives without living a life of lies,
      Our lies causing angels to cry.

      Could such beauty be but a lie?

      Souls now once entwined, lost in her sights,
      Someone stop these, her feeble dreams.
      Living a life, a lie, of false pretence
      In the absence of these dreams can sanity prevail?
      In the absence of her dreams only existing in our silent screams
      Whilst looking in eachothers eyes.

      She walks away...now forever.. In beautiful but entrancing streets,
      As a moth to a flame, attracted to its lustful vile,
      freedoms scent so sweet, within reach.
      Her Happiness known, even in the tranquil cruel night.

      Tantelising delights,
      Her happiness in the melancholy of the dark night.

    • Poem - A Thorny Black Rose

      I think i stil need to put a lot more work into this one lol

      Until a moment ago
      Wild red roses bend to and fro,
      Standing still,a victim.
      This red wild thorny sea consumes,
      Bloodied, with the vastness of red
      Once visible feet, earth, disappear.

      Elusive, the glimpse I need,
      Shadows felt and unseen.
      Not some ghostly figure to me.

      Your velvet green dress stalking,
      Beauty floating on chilly june winds
      Darting from tree to tree, ahead and behind,
      Nearing my grasp, almost, but not seen,
      Her foggy wind swept land this be.
      At random shadows appear,
      The foggy morning mist reveals least
      Perhap she has gone and been?
      My deepening sorrows mellow in face of dispare
      Such a gothic forest, earie fogs disappear.

      Amongst this haze, a clearing is found.
      Realityless stumbling, slowly upwards i stare,
      Roses mocking while looking down on me,
      Shimmers and slithers of light
      I turn on my knees,
      Her presence turns on my heart.
      Looking onwards into the eyes on the face of loves reflection.

      With a thorny black rose, an offer is drawn,
      With a thorny black rose, her loves won.


      ummmm i did say im still working on it, i thot i was done with it b4 but writing it onto this iv realised it needs work lol !!
