School is going slow, but very well. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I haven't signed in for a while as you can tell. Life's just so busy if ya know what I mean. We are in revival this week with Bro. Scott Smith and it has been awesome. My Taylor has been seeking the Lord and fasting for weeks now. She is praying for the Holy Ghost, so yall pray for her as she endeavors to seek him more. How did the past Youth Conference go at the Assembly this year? We couldn't come this year. Our youth group was booked to sing out of town that weekend. My daughter enjoyed the 2008 conference so well she wanted to go back again. Okay, I didn't mean to write you a book, but anyway I will let yo go for now. Keep us in your prayers!

Yes, you can stand on my deck and see the bridge. I'm on the upper end from the bridge, so the water receded from my house first. I was really blessed, no water came over my sea wall, but it did damage my sea wall on one side.

Hey how are things going in Douglas these days? We went to the sing here at the Thomasville auditorium the other Friday night. The McKameys, The Inspirations, and The Lighthouse Children’s Home were there. Yes, Carol is leaving the group. If I understand Ruben right he said, “That was Carol’s last sing with the group." She was presented with a plague for her many years of service in gospel music. The other daughter is joining the group. Have you heard Connie, Roger, and their son Elijah sing together? They really sound good together. The sing was really great. Well, guess I’ll holler at ya later. Take care until next time. Good to hear from ya.

That's great to hear. I didn't know it until Monday morning that he was going to be there. They usually have an annual January revival with him if he can come. His health hasn't been the best lately, so I was surprised that he was coming. Sis. Baughtman is starting revival at Wray around the 18th I think.
