Welcome to PHAT PAK city, where we evolve around Youth Health and Development and are based in the Waikato.

The PHAT PAK PROJECT has PHAT PAK CREWS representing in Taumarunui, Otorohanga/Te Kuiti, Tokoroa, Hamilton and Morrinsville.

Established in 1999, in preparation for the festive season heading in to the millenium and in the attempt to address risk taking behaviour of young people (especially with the drop of the drinking age).

Always keen to cater for youth, we wish to encourage you to have a geeze around the page and make suggestions about what you might like to have on here.......

    what an awesome weekend! I know some of you would've put on some weight with my cooking over the weekend, cos I only use the GOOD stuff lol... and dont worry I think I lost some weight, walking around that kitchen...lol... and Ngaire knows about that one!!!
