Hi thanks to everyone who turned up and had a go at our open pole nite last nite! I will be trying to get regular pole fitness classes on the go in the solid every tues (10 pounds pay as you go) for an hr and a half class. We will also have open pole nites for a bit o a laugh last tues of every month. I will be putting up a class list in the solid (just ask the bar staff if you can t see it) for you lovely people to put your name and nos down if you want to come along to classes....note pole classes should be up and running in a few weeks .or bebo me if you want as well. cheers x
