Hey Michael, how we keeping?? The Araglen Festival is starting tonite until the 27th of July. Any chance you'd give us a plug this evening? Our Bebo band site is http://www.bebo.com/araglinn. Bands such as Deuces Wild, J90 and BlueMoose willbe pumping out the music over the 2 weekends! Full line up on our Bebo blog!!
Wot unique bout Araglen is that it stretches across the borders of Cork, Tipp and Waterford!! So you can imagine the rivalry! In lookin at a map it located between Fermoy and Mitchelstown to the right a little!
Wit a population of only 450ish it is one of the longest running festivals in Ireland, with us celebrating our 50th last year!
Other events are also taking place like a tractor backing competition tonite along with tug o war, rest of the week has table quiz, baby show, fancy dress parade, soccer blitz, open sports, bingo, hot rod racing on this sunday, Motocross racing the following Sunday plus loads more.
