- Jax Health Club is a family run business that was opened in 1997. It is situated on Wellesley Road in Methil, Fife. Classes include Pilates, Spin, Bodymax and many more....
See our blog for class prices and membership fees. You can pay as you go or take out a monthly membership. If you have any questions or require any more information please pop in and see a member of staff. Or you can call us on 01333 307407. Or of course you can always leave us a comment below and we'll get back to you!
BOOKING INTO A CLASS:
Just give us a call on 01333 307407 and ask our staff to book you into the class you want. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK FOR BODY ATTACK OR DISCO DANCING.
**Please remember if you can not make a class to give us a call and cancel! We have a waiting list system and there may be someone waiting to get into that class - thank you!** - Monday
- Spin: 6pm - George; 7pm - Lynn; 8pm - Cheryl (40 mins).
**** Pilates: 10am - Louise; 7pm - Louise.
**** Bodymax: 6pm - Louise.
**** Body Attack: 8pm - Louise and Claire.
**** Gym open from 9am until 9pm. - Tuesday
- Spin: 10am - Lynn; 5.30pm - Lynn; 7pm - Matt.
**** Pilates: 6pm - Louise
**** Disco Dancing: 7pm - Amanda.
**** Gym open from 9am until 8pm. - Wednesday
- Spin: 6pm - Matt; 7pm - George; 8pm - Cheryl (40 mins).
**** Bodymax: 6pm - Louise; 8pm - Louise.
****Step and Glide: 7pm - Louise and Claire.
**** Gym open from 9am until 9pm. - Thursday
- Spin: 5.30pm - Lynn; 7pm - Matt (1/2 hr spin + 1/2 circuit).
**** Tie Boe: 6pm - Amanda.
**** Kids Disco Dancing: 4pm-4.45pm for under 5's - Amanda M; 5pm-5.45pm for over 5+ - Amanda M.
**** Body Attack: 7pm - Louise and Claire.
**** Gym open from 9am until 8.30pm. - Friday
- Spin: 5pm - Lynn; 6pm - Matt.
**** Pilates: 6pm - Louise.
**** Gym open from 9am until 8pm. - Saturday
- Body Attack: 11am - Louise and Claire.
**** Gym open from 10am until noon. - Sunday
- Spin: 11am - Cheryl.
**** Gym open from 10am until 2pm.

Class Prices and Membership Fees
Pay As You Go Prices:
Gym session - £4
Spin (hr class) - £4.50
Spin (40 min class) - £3.50
Pilates - £5
Bodymax - £4.50
Body Attack - £4.50
Bums, Tums and Thighs - £4.50
Step and Glide - £4.50
Kids Disco Dancing (both age groups) - £3.50
Monthly Memberships:
Gym Only (Unlimited use of gym) - £21
Studio Membership (Unlimited classes per week; Unlimited use of gym; Unlimited use of sauna; 2 Sunbeds per month) - £36
Gold Membership (Unlimited use of gym; Unlimited use of sauna; 2 spin classes per week; 20% off all additional classes; 20 sunbeds per year) - £31
There are also joint membership and student membership options, please contact us on 01333 307407 or pop in and speak to a member of staff for more information. Application forms, along with direct debit set up forms, are available at reception.

Im im fine but got some really braw bruises aw over my legs & managed to skin my knee. (not so good cz im going on holz in 3 weeks) Its fine tho. Im on waiting list for 2ngts class & cant make monday but will be back soon! xxx

ok, me and my dad tried to come along on saturday but it was closed. i presume it was because of it being january 3rd. when does it open as per usual again?
hi again, my dad works out of the country monday-friday, so.. was just wondering, if i was ever going to the gym would i need an over 16 to be with me?
yea sounds good. how much is it for a month membership?
so am i not aloud to use weights or is it just advice not to use them?
im 14 and ma dads 53, and we were looking to join a gym.
was just wondering would jax gym let me join if i was 14 but with a parent?
