My name is Marcus James Gordon and I am a magician of sorts.
I have an interest in the psychic industry and the methods they use to "trick" us into believing they actually have abilities. Perhaps the most famous of these is Uri Geller the infamous spoon bender. It's flogging a dead horse to be honest the psychic industry...their methods have been around for many hundreds if not thousands of years. In fact the first seances were in ancient greece and they used marajuana to convince their subjects.
I also have an interest in the idea of "parapsychology" which essentialy tests the idea of "extrasensory perception" or the ability to do anything with the mind that science can not yet explain such as mind reading, pregognition and telekenesis.
As far as I am concerned they are all charlatans and should not be trusted.
Anyway that aside...I also go to ballroom dance classes and sleep for the majority of weekends and holidays

"Theatre of the Absurd" 2009
If anybody that went to "cerebral sight" is interested, I have written a nother show which I am hoping to perform some time this year in the Macrobert Hall caled "Theatre of the Absurd". In it I will attempt feats of mind control, thought transferance and precognition on a larger scale than I have ever tried before. Marcus. J. Gordon "Cerebral Sight" 2008 show
It is now sorted. I have written and scripted a full half hour to forty five minute mind reading show called "Theatre of the Absurd" and I will be performing it some time in 2009 in the Macrobert hall apparently. However as a prelude to that i have compiled a nother show named "Cerebral Sight" which i should be performing in the first week of december in room 18.
It will however not be a "magic show" as such, more of a demonstration of mind reading, predicting (precognition) and mind control. Now entry is not free, however allproceeds do go to charity and i see not one tiny penny from it. It has not realy been organised as such yet but my guess is tickits will cost £1. 2008/2009 show
ok seeing as i can not delete the previous blog i have to continue on this one because i accidentally pressed the enter key or something.
As I was away to say this time if all goes my way you will not simply turn up at the door and pay a pound to get in. I am hoping to actually use tickets this time which makes it alot easier for me to "smuggle" some people in without paying
I might not though, and bare in mind I dont see a penny of the money taken in, it all goes to a charity of my choosing so any suggestions for charities are welcome although i am considering Cancer Research UK for personal reasons.
If all of this goes well of course I will neeed to advertise over the school so any help anyone could give me with that would be apreciated. I may need help with poster design and other such things seeing as I am not a particularly talented artist or photoshop utiliser. I will attempt to talk with any members of staff or people that could help with stage lighting if i can get the hall and if it is practical for the ammount of people going.0 komentarzy 479 dni
