I was born when I was very young, can't remember much about it to be honest. I suppose a bit like a lot of weekends. Grew up in the Kanturk Bogside of Edel Quinn Heights ;-] Went away, came back, went away, came back and so on.... Now I'm away in glorius England since January '07, near the beautiful tranquil sandy beach of Brighton........

Listen to almost anything as long as it's not sterile Boy/girlband shit!!!

At the moment i seem to be listening to Rory Gallagher, Victor Jara, Pete Murray, Ben Sands, Xavier Rudd and Tommee and the Neighbourhood.

Hurling, Gaelic football, soccer, I used to like Thai boxing but that hurts. Oh and of course Celtic!!

Today, Sat 15th Sept, after almost 9 years out, I pulled on the goalies gloves again. A bit strange to be back after my shoulder problems but hopefully it'll be all good. We won 5-1 anyway so it wasn't a bad start for me although I am definitely a bit rusty!! Here's to being a goalie again!!!

    In 1791 surrounded by Napper Tandy and Thomas Russell , Wolfetone founded the society of United Irishmen to fight for the rights of all Irishmen and Irish women . The United Irishmens numbers swelled and when Rebellion finally broke out in 1798 thousands of Irish men Catholic and Protestant took their hunting muskets and pikes to fight the British war machine . Although their were large battles in Carlow , Kildare , Antrim , and Wexford , without any real French aid the United Men one by one fell to the British government . Tone was captured and sentenced to death by hanging . In his death cell he took a piece of glass and slit his throat . The glass was not sharp enough and it took him many days of agony to bleed to death

      hows things now, well i was off work yesterday with the flu and went in today still sick but they decided to blow us up at breakfast, im delighted as im still sick, i dunno whats happenin with us to be honest but i reckon they gotta move us tomorro, theirs just nothin to do like. woul be good if u could come back for the few days before christmas, few bob for beer n things
