ADULTS AND CHILDREN KILLED OR INJURED BY CRIME ON OUR STREETS

11 years old Jan 1, 1996 - Aug 22, 2007 Liverpool, United Kingdom was shot died on Aug. 22
The 2-year-old, Darrle Blake, was shot while in his mother's arms. The mother, who WAS pregnant was running away when her baby was shot.
The 6-year-old, Netrajehon Fisher, was shot in the arm. Darrle was shot in the thigh.
Billy Cox, 15, was shot dead in his home in Clapham
16-year-old James Andre Smartt-Ford died after he was shot at Streatham Ice Arena.
Damilola Taylor was a 10-year-old schoolboy who died in November 2000 (was killed by a broken glass bottle)
A man stabbed to death as he walked home from a community fun day was killed in front of his children by one of his friends, according to witnesses.
Barry Wilson, 29, was stabbed after an argument over 40p,
as his 3 year old child watched
Daniel Ross was shot in the head at Scala nightclub in Kings Cross, London. He died shortly afterwards

Stuart McMahon was found dead in his home. He'd been shot several times.
Eve Stratford was murdered on 18 March 1975. Eve was a photographic model and former bunny girl at the Playboy club in Park Lane, West London
Lynne Weedon was brutally assaulted and raped on 3 September 1975. She was 16 years old.
Adam Regis was murdered on Saturday 17 March, shortly after 9.30pm, on Kingsland Road, Plaistow, East London. He'd spent the afternoon with a group of friends watching a film at Beckton cinema. HE WAS STABBED
Mustapha, known to his friends as Chris, was hit around the back of the head. He suffered a fractured skull and died 11 days later in hospital, having never regained consciousness

Concern about violent crime in Britain has swung back to knives and their availability to children. But has so-called "knife culture" risen while the media's attention has been so fixed on gun crime?
It's a shopping list likely to send a chill down the spine: kitchen knives, axes, razor sharp "cat skinners" and Ninja-style throwing knives.
Yet these and other potentially lethal weapons can be easily bought by children, according to a new national survey.
Almost half of shops tested broke the law by selling knives to children under 16, according to the Trading Standards Institute. And internet traders are even more of a push over because of the anonymity involved in buying something online

In the 14 deadliest mass shootings committed in wealthy nations during the past 35 years:
79% of the victims were shot with lawfully held firearms (185 of 233 victims)
86% of these mass shooting (12 of 14) were committed by lawful gun owners
Many killers, like the 19-year-old who shot 16 people dead at his school in Germany, were previously law-abiding sporting shooters or pistol club members - men whose legal ownership of guns was not questioned by authorities until after the tragedy.

i lost ma brother to knife crime he was stabbed to death on stone cross by the tesco petrol station.. And i hate my dad for it he neva told me he was my brother i had to find out 2 daiiz before his funrul and he had a baby on the way so now my little neice or nephew will grow up to neva no who there dad is...
i hate all waste mans the use knives and gun u dont deserve to live you really dont..

i agree with this that there is too many innocent people being killed i fell sorry for the ones that do die
iv just about been stabbed twice and im one of the lucky ones but feel sad for the ones that do die to stabbings and shootings
all the danger wants to stop, look at all the little children that being hurt over stupid things cant it all stop look at little rys jones my thought is with his family and r.i.p and all the other familys that griving for there lost ones r.i.p
