      look closely at my drawin and u will see what it will look like if the rope snaps and u end up drownin in the water. thats even if ur are alive when u hit the water.... the jolt of the fall may snap ur spinal card and u could die before impact..... just something to think about! o yeah can u tel...

      no sorry i didnt mean buying a house and renting it out. i was meaning this scheme that you rent a house and can make an agreement with the owner that after after a year you can then have the option to buy the house and use the rent money as your deposit to buy it. not sure that alot of places offer this sounded interesting tho! x
