- When I'm not investigating psychic and supernatural phenomena, or profiling the criminally insane, I like to relax underneath a coconut tree, sip'n on a 750ml bottle of Vailima and have staring contests with hermit crabs.
Not surprisingly, I have been diagnosed with an advanced case of "Pathological Artistic Bullshit Disorder". My doctor claims that my ghostly visions can be attributed to substance abuse and sleep deprivation which causes me to halucinate alot. To think, this whole time I thought my visions were related to the biochemical process involved in light adaptation causing image distabilization on the retina. But how does that explain the fact that when I look into a mirror, I can't see my reflection... giving a rat's ass. - Music

In particular, the television censorship section in chapter 3 where it states that during explicit sex scenes, fade vision to black but leave audio level unchanged...
Paragraph two of chapter 4 states that it is not necessary to censor a person's head being decapitated, unless that person was orally attached to another human imediately prior to, or during decapitation. - Heroes
- Precolonial Polynesians who were punished for non-violently resisting European rule and intrusion on their way of life. The First Nation guardians who continued to maintain pre-christian principles by defying that old British "Thou shalt not walk around starkers" policy. Oh and the genius who invented the twist top for beer bottles. But before him, the genius who invented the bottle opener with a thumb-triggered flame device on the bottom.

Twain in Spain
Barcelona was an eye-opener in so many ways. Too much madness and free-willy openness for this random small town boy. Saw a gay couple strolling down a busy street stark naked in front of innocent children and animals.
After unsuccessfully trying to erase the image from my long-term memory, I went to check out some of the free-form Gaudi architecture that Barcelona has become famous for. I think the guy was on mushrooms or something -- some kind of tormented genius. His work is out of this world.
The streets are mayhem with taxis allocated specific days on which they can operate to keep traffic moving freely and to keep fuel emissions down. The city is densely populated and everyone speaks two languages - English isn't one of them. The locals speak Catalin and Spanish, I quickly realized the two most important words I had to learn was porfavor (please) and Cerveza (Beer). I don't know how I would've survived my trip in Spain without mastering this advanced level of Spanish.
We didn't find any Samoans in Barcelona, so we travelled North via train to the town of Leon to meet a Samoan who teaches English. Loveni was very helpful and showed us around. He spoke fluent Spanish, so he was handy in the bars. This town is a far cry from the rat race in Barcelona. it was refreshing to see authentic small-town Spanish people enjoying a pint of cerveza and potato omelets outside bars and cafes shouting "Hola!" as we walked by.
Uno Cerveza por favor.

Se'evae Gozogozo
I was fascinated by a religious festival in Gozo, the smaller of the two main islnds in Malta where people dance and get drunk outside a church on a Sunday night. Bless them and cheers.
Malta is a group of islands in the Mediteranian, I felt at home in Gozo even though it was over crowded with random tourists.
Difficult filming conditions because the sun has no mercy with it's fierce rays reflecting off the baron dusty roads and yellow rock buildings. Maltese girls are a bit more merciful on the eyes though.
I rate their local beer, Cisk - simple and easy, just like the way of life. Gozo rocks!
Peace.

I AMsterdam!
I was trying to decide what to try in an Amsterdam "Coffee" Shop. So I tried a random one with my new dreadlocked friends.
I'm still trying to suss this place out, very modern with historic facades. Very open about sex and drugs here, light-years away from Apia.
Got blinded by the "lights" in the Red Light district. Red means go. The scantily dressed women in the shop-front windows are very friendly and inviting.
So was the aroma of cannabis scented air-freshener they use to rid the annoying smell of tulips.
