You Create You in Every Moment.
Me, Myself, and I
I have been on the road full time with Scary since January 2006. I love my work - writing and recording Scary's theories and concepts, for others to use to Teach and Lead through their own example.

When Negative words from others come our way, each of us has the Power to Choose who we will be - Rather than React to the negative that we hear and become it.

The greatest of pleasures is to see the people we meet and work with realise their own power and use it!!
Sports
I love watching Rugby ... especially Rugby Union - whenever i get the chance..
Scared Of
Nothing .... !!!
Nothing has the power to make me "scared." Fear is created from within - and mine - if I have it - is created in me by me, in my mind. So, today, I choose not to create it. If I feel fearful ... I will ask myself "Where did my Fear come from?"
Happiest When
Teaching Others How To Teach ... How to Process Negative Energy - Not Become It!!
Believes In
The Power to Choose ... all the Energy that I become!
Knows
The true strength and peace of CHOOSING who i will be rather than becoming all that I hear.

  • HANK"S STORY -- A Beagle’s Journey to find Love

Here is Hank's Story, written by CC's mum - who found and rescued Hank.

    Tuesday, February 2009

We first met Hank in February 2009. It was a warm Tuesday afternoon and we were
sitting outside enjoying the day. Our son Jason and Scott, his friend from work had
    stopped by.

The “girls” our two beagle mix dogs, were outside with us. One of the dogs started
barking and my husband said that a cat was crossing the road, but when Jason went to
check, it turned out to be a small black and tan dog. He was skin and bones, flea and tick
    infested and scared to death.

As Jason approached him, he cowered and got closer to the ground, but allowed Jason to
pick him up. Jason brought him over to where we were and I went to get him some food
and water. He ate so fast, afraid that someone would take the food away, that he was
swallowing big mouthfuls, and then choking it back up. He ate three bowls and drank
    some water.

This scared little guy had a huge green collar, much to big for him, with a name and
phone number that said ... if found, please call. Thinking we were doing some poor dog
lover a favor, we called the number, only to find out that we were talking to the dog
owner’s mother. She gave us the number for her son, who was the dog owner. So my husband called him. After several attempts we finally reached the owner. He was working and explained that when he was finished working he would stop and get his dog on the way
    home from work.

More than an hour went by and we waited for some one to show. We called again and
told the owner that we had an appointment that evening and he needed to get the dog
before 5:30. We decided that, if he didn’t want the dog back, we would find it a home. I wanted to personally ask him why the dog was in such poor shape and what was he going to do about him.

When he finally arrived to get the dog I was in the house. The owner told my husband that the dog had been running deer for the past two days and that’s why he looked the way he did. My husband said there was no way the dog had only been gone two days, looking the way he did. He told the owner that, if he didn’t want the dog, we would find a home for him.

The owner stated that someone could have him if he paid him $250. My husband said that no one would give him $250 for the dog in the shape he was in, so the owner grabbed the dog and said, “Come on Hank, let’s go home.”

He loaded Hank into the back of his pickup truck and chained him to a spare tire. My
husband said the dog did not look happy to see his owner, and, obviously, to the owner, Hank was just an object, not a part of his family or anything that he cared about.

We talked about he dog and decided that, if Hank ever showed up at our house again, we
would not be calling the number on his collar. We did find out where the owner lived, and unbelievably, Hank lived right up the street from our house. We would ride by periodically to see if he was being cared for. We could see he was being kept in a large cage and had a doghouse for shelter. One day we rode by and the doghouse was gone, no sign of Hank. The next day the cage was gone and it looked like the house was abandoned. We figured Hank would never been seen by us again.

    April, 2009

Imagine our surprise when in early April, Hank showed up at our house, in the same
condition he was in the first time. That was it—we made the decision to find a decent
home for him. I called the number on the collar and left a message with the ex-owner’s
mother that he was not getting the dog back. We took the big, heavy green collar off of
Hank, and put one of our dog’s collars on him. We gave him some food-again he ate
three bowls—and some water, then we safely put him on a leash while we figured out
    what to do next.

Our daughter Colleen had just lost a beagle in an accident, so, thinking the time may

  • Current Press Release For The Scary Guy

    PRESS RELEASE:

The Scary Guy is Coming to the City of Portsmouth At 6ft tall, 20 stone and tattooed from head to toe ... The Scary Guy is quite possibly the most powerful Agent For Change on the planet today!

AGENT FOR CHANGE To date, Scary has worked with millions of people around the world, addressing core behavioural issues, face to face. The results are immediate and lasting, drastically reducing today’s spiraling cycle of aggression in schools, communities and the workplace. His approach is unique, and uncompromising as he teaches students, parents and adults alike about what they can do on an individual level to change the world, teaching all how to take responsibility for their own behaviour in the form of their words and actions as Energy.

NEWS FEATURES Scary has been featured in over 1,700 newspaper and magazine articles, 700 radio interviews and hundreds of television shows worldwide. In Japan, Scary’s story was on the cover of 17 national newspapers, whilst a feature story written by Tom Cox, for the UK’s Saturday Telegraph magazine described him as; A Gentle Giant ... Bringing his anti-bullying message to schools in America and Britain with unprecedented success.

FEATURE FILM Scary was also recently the subject of a biographical documentary film, by German film maker, Uli Kick, released this summer at multiple European Film festivals and bought by a number of European National Television broadcasters. Following its release, Scary was described as a Difference Maker ...Opening gates in hearts, minds and souls. In the words of one Italian viewer: Seldom has a man pronounced words which have gone so deep as those you pronounced in this movie today.

TEACHERS’ TV Throughout this year, Teachers’ TV has featured Scary’s work in the UK, providing viewers with an insight to his methods in High Schools. Filmed as part of their Inspirations series, a further piece, Scary Does Primary, will be broadcast in October. Scary also joined Peter Curran on the sofa of the Teachers’ TV Chat Show, The Bell, http://www.teachers.tv/video/3477 to give him a hug and discuss how to turn the tide on kids killing one another.

SCARBOROUGH PROJECT Scarborough headteacher, Hugh Bellamy, was so impressed with Scary’s work, that with sponsorship from their local Pindar Corporation, he signed Scary up to a three-year contract. Now a familiar face in the school’s corridors, Scary has clearly built up a rapport with its troubled teens. Pindar School, then amongst North Yorkshire’s lowest performing schools, is now one of the most improved, recently receiving The Diana Anti-bullying Award. Working on the philosophy that continued punishment does not stop antisocial behaviour, The Scary Guy focuses on developing solid emotional intelligence and communication skills, in place of fists and verbal assaults. Hugh Bellamy said of his initiative to bring Scary to Pindar school: It is simply the most important thing I have done since I have been here.

PORTSMOUTH TAKES ACTION From 1st October, 2007, The Scary Guy will begin a five week Programme of work across five high schools and eight primary schools in Portsmouth. This initial phase will include a series of shows and presentations across Portsmouth schools and the community, sharing Scary’s teaching and message with all. There will be further development of his teaching and concepts for students in school through curriculum study material. In addition, each school will be provided with training to develop a specialist team of young people as Ambassadors for the Programme; students trained in The Scary Guy philosophy, empowered to teach their peers in the classroom. Scary has delivered his Programme of students actively teaching students to schools in the UK, Europe and America, with great success. USA high school Principal, Dave Wells said: I have never had so many kids talk, discuss, hug, and laugh so much following an assembly. You are not just a motiva
