Hi Jennifer, I will definately be back on Thursday, will need to break myself in slowly as it will probably kill me as not trained for soooo long!

I bought a flat, so been renovating it and its been so much hard work, but so worth it as it looks lovely now. Also been on holiday to Menorca for a week and just back. So back to the normal routine now, but looking forward to it.

How has training been? No more injuries I hope!!!

Hey ya, I am sorry but Bebo does not operate on my system. I only check it once every couple of months. I am pleased you are livin' happily with the new bf. I am living near Brighton now for a job looking after kids in a summer school. I am really tired but I absolutely adore the wee bairns. I get to play daddy and I get to take them to cool places in London like the tate and the BMI as well. Good but I miss my family and Scotland so much. I haven't been home in 9 months and it feels like a long time. J x
