- The 15 Second Film Festival is a miniature festival that commissions, exhibits, distributes and sells its own films. In 2005/06/07 the festival toured extensively around the Arts and Film Festival circuit in Ireland and UK. Building on its success, the 15 Second Film Festival is currently commissioning 25 new films for the 2007/08 tour.
This year’s micro-budget scheme will feature the very best of up-and-coming and established film talent who have all been especially invited to participate. The programme will then tour with the Art Deco Picture Palace / Cinema Booth (see related photos) as a mini-festival throughout the next twelve months.
