I had such an amazing time on the island...i dont know where to begin...i cannot wait to tell you guys all about it, in just a few weeks! Everyone was so lovely to me! I couldnt of wished for things to of gone any better! I was so sad to leave, and even on the ship I had such a good time. I didnt want to get off!

I had a nice couple of days back in capetown, though very rushed. very sad leaving my host family..Sydney is good, though colder than cape town!

Ive got so much to tell you both, but just now there is not enough space/time. I am flying to melboune in a few hours...it is just gone midnight...and i need to get up before 4 so had better go. Hopefully mum will be ther in the morning - looking forward to seeing her!

Yeah im coming to GB, working on the Childrens Team again...
My life is pretty busy, running two youth groups, on a youth work course once a week and coming into work, ( which at the mo constists of me watching DVD's). So its rather boring, but there we go.

Had a very nice weekend with Nolan thanks. The weather wasnt great, but it was nice seeing that part of the country-very rural compared to Cape Town.

We went to the southern most point of Africa, then yesterday afternoon I attended the monthly service Nolan takes on one of the nearby by farms - was quite an experience. We were in a barn, and there were around 15 people form the surrounding farms...service was all in afrikaans though, but I followed most of it.

Was nice speaking to AA on sat night too.

How is life back home then? Much new with you?

I am good thanks, how are you? My phone seems to be playing up...other people have tried texting me and it doesnt seem to work-auntie alison has my south african number.

Work is good, we had a celebratory event on saturday afternoon as the creche is celebrating its 10 year anniversary. Was really nice, lots of children who used to go to the creche were singing and dancing. I only have 2 weeks left...I am going to miss the children so much when I leave..

The weather is starting to get colder now..so my tan is beginning to fade!

The other week we abseiled down table mountain which was pretty scary, also rode an elephant when we went on a trip to Knysna(up the east coast).

Next weekend I am staying with Nolan for 2 nights..did AA tell you that he grew up in the same place as Charles, my host father? He is going to be preaching at the church my host parents got married in, on the 20th.
