On Sunday 4th December 2005 Annie Borjesson from Sweeden was found dead in Prestwick.At the time she lived in Edinburgh but was found dead,probably drowned,on the shore close to Prestwick Airport from where she travelled back to Sweeden.Due to several very strange circumstances Annie's family and friends are convinced she was murdered.
Did you see Annie at the airport in Prestwick or at the shore on Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th of December 2005?According to CCTV footage on Saturday 3rd December 2005,Annie was spotted first of all in Prestwick Airport at 3:15pm and then on Station Road at 4:05pm.Annie was 1.72centimetres tall,well-built,with waist-long blonde hair that may have been in a ponytail.She wore blue jeans,a red T-shirt,a green jacket and had a black bag with her,but she was found with the jacket and bag beside her.

- THE mother of young Swedish woman who died in mysterious circumstances a year ago today has travelled to Edinburgh to demand police re-open the investigation into her death.
The body of Annie Borjesson, 30, who had been living and working in Edinburgh, was found washed up on the foreshore at Prestwick on Sunday, December 4, last year.
Police concluded that she had either committed suicide or suffered an accident, but her family and friends are convinced she was the victim of a crime.
Her mother Guje claims the police and the local procurator fiscal have overlooked a series of odd, unexplained circumstances surrounding the death.
She has not even been able to bury her daughter as she waits for the results of a second autopsy in Sweden. She has travelled back to Scotland to persuade detectives to reopen the case and appeal to anyone who might have seen Annie before she died. Innocent people are imprisoned whilst criminals walk free. Families fight in vain to have crimes committed against their loved ones investigated. Dead children have organs removed illegally. Women and children face increased violence and sexual abuse. Councils rob the public of the use of common-good lands. Victims of crime are not being compensated whilst others fail to receive the care they require and deserve. Lawyers cheat their clients whilst public authorities withhold information and cover up for others…
The Silent Walk For Justice is held annually to honour those various people searching for justice, exposing the need for improvements within the Scottish justice system. The Freedom of Information Act was conceived as a means to give the public access to information, however, this is being often denied with the response that “it is not in the public interest”.
We the mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, children and friends concerned by such unfairness within the Scottish justice system, have the right to obtain documentation concerning our cases and our loved ones. We are families and friends together and with everyone else engaged in the pursuit of justice, WE ARE ALSO the PUBLIC and the documentation is in OURS and - THE PUBLIC INTEREST. We therefore request that the Freedom of Information Act is amended to fulfil our needs.
To honour our loved ones and in order to achieve better consideration under the Act, we will all meet at 3.00 p.m. at Johnston Terrace. We will then walk together in peace and in silence along the Royal Mile and stop in front of the Scottish Parliament. At the Parliament we will put down our pictures of our loved ones and our placards publicising the cause that we are individually fighting for and light our candles.
After a speech from one of the organisers of The Silent Walk For Justice, a representative from the Scottish Justice Department is invited to greet the people and reply to our demands for the reformation of the Freedom of Information Act. We will also give thanks to the Lord Advocate, Mrs Elish Angiolini, for introducing a new unit to investigate unsolved crimes.

Dear all
We are still waiting for the Crown Office do decide if it is a good decision to recommend Kenny MacAskill to meet his people when honouring their loved ones that needs Justice. Guje have been given the answer that within three days we will receive a proper answer if the Justice Minister is going to attend or not.
This is very frustrating for all of us, and has taken so long time, but we still need to await the answer that we hope will come this week.
1) There will be a lone piper that will signal the start at The Silent Walk For Justice outside the Edinburgh Castle. He will then walk in silence in full kilted regalia to the end of the walk, at the Scottish Parliament. After we all have lighted our candles and put down out pictures and are standing behind the shrine the piper will signal – the signal will be the requirement for Mr MacAskill to appear. After the short speeches from one of the representatives for us the people and Mr MacAskill´s short speech the lone piper will play a suitable tune and then the service are over and the
Media is allowed to approach us with their questions, interviews or /and leave contact details for future contacts.
2) The writing that will be handed over will be done by a man that is very up to date with the injustice in Scotland and we are so looking forward to read that. He is a great writer and a true inspiration to us all.
3) We are awaiting the answer from a well known person if he is willing to be the man who represents the Scottish People.

NAME LIST TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE!
Attached is the document for the name lists. These name lists will be handed over together with the writing.
Feel free to help collect names, we can all chose to collect as many as possible to put even more pressure on the authorities, and if we are unable to collect many names, we can still get the family, closest friends neigh boroughs and colleagues so sign.
Every Monday we need to get feed back on the name lists. All of us will scan the name lists and send them attached in email to mia.jansson1222@hotmail.com we will print the lists out and attach them in the folder that will be handed over to the Minister of Justice. It is not all of us that have a scanner at home but most of us have friends that have or maybe we have at the place where we work.

Brian Howes has court on 26th May 2009 at 10am. Edinburgh High Court. He could be remanded and handed over to the US authorities. The man has commited no crime in UK. We are trying to gather some support for this court date and to get people to come along. We need support badly.

What a incredible year so much have happened and I hope and pray that the continuing work with The Silent Walk For Justice 2009, and the continuing work with the Group, Truth&Justice4All will grace us all with new Hope, by sharing knowledge and experience with each other, build a strong and broad contact net, share good advices, and to work to make a change and fill in the gaps in the Justice system. Together we are strong and together we can do amazing things, not only for the separate cases but for the families and friends behind that needs Hope and togetherness. We are not alone, and together we will make Injustice visible
