Rose stumbled down the quiet street. Drink wasn't something she had often, but when she did drink, it tended to be in excess. With no leads on Comrade and more time spent doing survailence, she was getting pretty fed up. She had spent the night in one of the fancy nightcubs trying to find out anything about him. Surely some of the Moroi knew the super secret hiding hole of the Strigoi.
She sighed and tripped over her own feet, not something she was accustomed to doing. She flailed, and fell off the footpath. Instead of getting up, she just lay there groaning, not really sure of her surroundings.
