Chefs Rants....

Made some Summer puddings today, how fucking absorbent is "Plain" white bread!!! Turned them out and............whiter than an albino in a snow storm. Pass me the blackcuerrent juice from the bar Rashied and pass me the squirty cream and a Strawberry Eric and lets cancel our Saturday Kichen apperance for fear of looking like twats.

Is ... garlic bread (no cheese) the same as garlic bread Is .... burger (no cheese) just a burger or is it a cheeseburger without cheese. Or do you put cheese on both then right at the very last second, remove the cheese!!

Is the paella ok for a vegan chef!!! YES ! If by Vegan you mean some one who eats chicken , prawns , clams , mussels squid and a bit of chicken stock to slowly bring the dish together then its fin
