close About Me
- Tagline
- I was bent metal, you were a flaming wreck, when we kissed on the overpass...
- Me, Myself, and I
- I love coffee and deep conversations, or just dancing and drinks. I'm up for anything, well except maybe bungee-jumping. My friends always say you can't describe Liz - you have to experience her...so I'll stop trying to explain myself any further.
Recently married to the love of my life, my darling Paul. =-)
Dying
Is an art, like everything else.
I do it exceptionally well.
I do it so it feels like hell.
I do it so it feels real.
I guess you could say I've a call.

Insane...
Right - it's been a while.
Here's the update:
1) Just got my offer accepted on a condominium/landominium. It is a lovely place - amazing condition - and a great deal! And... my friend Pat lives literally three condos away (different building). I have an attached garage with direct access into the building. It's an end unit at the end of a cul-de-sac and is nice and quiet. My neighbour will be an 80 year old woman who is very nice. I'm pumped but I'll admit that I did have a big sob last night. Nerves.
2) Wedding is a month and a week away! OMG! *faints*
3) Paul will be here for good March 31st!
4) We are finalizing a major move at work on the 31st too. And I have a business trip on the 25th and 26th.
So... I guess that is it. Enough yet?

Guess I should explain myself...
Have you ever had a day where you literally want to scream?
That was yesterday for me.
Work was meeting after meeting over mundane things, with know-it-alls throwing their opinions around and insisting that we start tomorrow when they do not have to participate. I hate know-it-alls. At one point, my best friend and I had had enough - we headed to lunch and had a big bitch session in my car. And we won't even talk about the personal issues I had.
Anyway, at the end of the day I thought I would scream if one more person asked me an asine question. I really want to cry, but I can't seem to. Ergh.0 Comments 655 days

Remember, the wedding doesn't matter.
don't let it stress you out.
Your guests could be eating burnt turds and it wouldn't matter.
A wedding's just a party. Only the actual marriage matters.
Stop letting things get to you.
Just keep reminding yourself that those final details don't matter.
Not one little bit.
Please remember that your wedding and reception are just a one-day event. A party.
You could get married in the grandest setting on earth, in a million dollar gown, with food catered by the finest chefs in the world. You could get married by a judge, or JOP, in rags and have Taco Bell after.
IT DOESN'T MATTER!
All that matters is that, once the papers are signed and the vows are spoken, you will be married to the person you love.
It's not the wedding that counts. It's the marriage!
Besides, it's all going to be such a whirlwind that you're not going to remember much of it anyway.
So PLEASE, stop stressing yourself out over this!
here's the luv i owe you
Really?
A dress? as in march playing, ring bearing, drunken chicken dancing groomsmen type of dress? Cool.
