- Most things metally, Biffy Clyro, anything by the Foo Fighters, my favourite cheery-up band is Motion City Soundtrack, Dire Straits, Eurythmics, Queen, Boysetsfire, A7X, Elliott Smith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Postal Service, Killswitch, FFAF, Hundred Reasons, I have the first three Slipknot albums if that helps, Disney songs..... just mostly everything.

- The Dark Knight. Anything by the Monty Python crew, most things by Tarantino, Fight Club, and the majority of Kevin Smith films. Oh yeah, and all the ones by Tim Burton! The Bourne films, The Departed, Children of Men, Good Will Hunting, Catch Me If You Can, Natural Born Killers. Batman Begins. One of my favourite films of all time is A Fish Called Wanda, it is so good that I imagine it would taste like strawberries and cream.

What a cheek some people have.
So I'm on my way home in the pissing rain after a 10 hour shift, looking like hell I'd expect, and this absolute munter (can you use that term for males?!) of a guy approaches me and is like "I'll tell you what it is.."
Eh?!
"I'm just out of bank street and I've not met up with any of my pals yet, can you give me some money for a pint?"
Eh?!
"Just enough for one pint..."
Eh, no I dont think so PAL. I couldnt believe this guy. He looked so awful, like his teeth needed a good brush and floss and punch or something. Making up a story that I dont even care about, that I dont want to know, that doesnt even make sense for fucksake! To ask me for money to fuel his obvious (oh it was so brutally obvious) drinking problem.
"Sorry, I dont have any money"
"aye, ok pal" *slaps on arm*
Oh man, I was so angry.
Sorry if this was a waste of 5 minutes of your life or whatever but I just felt I had to share this anger with someone, anyone.
Back to bed, work again tomorrow

Life and Death.
I've had an interesting past few days. Yesterday my dad came to pick me up so we could go to the caravan for a night.We fannied about in Dundee for a while, and almost died twice because of my dad's lack of driving abilities, it was quite funny, I don't think I've ever seen him shake his fist before. Then when we got to the caravan we went for a wee walk. There is so much life and death in nature, I mean, everyone knows things live and die, but I think I've had my fair share over the past two days. We were standing watchin the ducks and the little baby ones (which are so cute!) and the tiny rabbits when dad spotted the first dead thing of the day. There was a tiny ickle baby rabbit lying at the bottom of the duck pond, positioned as if it was trying to swim, quite sad it was. Then we walked along the river, and when we stopped again dad spotted a dead sheep. (My eyesights not that good as you might tell) It had fallen down an almost sheer cliff face and impaled itslef on a tree branch at the bottom, not such a good way to go. I wonder if it was quick.. Then we walked through some beautiful gardens and saw tadpoles and more baby ducks, and then, the third dead thing of the day, we spotted some broken duck eggs lying at the bottom of the pond.
Last night I learned a wonderful new game of cards, and spent almost the whole night talking to my dad and generally having a good time. Then Graeme phoned me from a gig he was at to tell me he loves me and to let me listen to a song. I realised that I am alive, gay as that may sound, and that my life right now is the best its ever been. Ever.
