- I'm Brent Silby, aka DJ "Maestro B". I'm a Philosopher by day and DJ by night. As a DJ I have performed in most of the well known clubs in Christchurch. I am founder, resident DJ, and producer for the Audiodreams label. We produce raves, club nights, and dance parties in Christchurch city. Since 2006 I have been involved with the White Elephant trust, working to promote raves for the all-age market. I also supply regular mixshows for Pulzar FM 105.7FM and run a house music site.

During the day, I'm a Philosopher. I've published in Philosophy and teach the subject at UPT. My research interests include Philosophy of Music, Evolution, and Philosophy of Mind.
