Ich über mich: Born of Jamaican parents and raised in Birmingham(UK). I had a fantastic childhood and couldn't be blessed with much more. Went to school, college, university and finished off doing a post graduate in Human Resources. Worked for a major blue chip organisation for nearly 10 years, gave it all up and worked for Jiveswing.com...NO REGRETS!!

Married to Joseph and hope for our own children one day! Until that day comes along lots of love bestowed on DJ our cat. Like to meet new friends, travel, dance, eat and shop!

Music: I was born into the world listening to John Holt (Jamaican reggae artist) went to nursery listening to soulful Disco and James Brown. The 80s led me through the "New Romantics" movement and as I was taught to play classical Piano, Edvard Grieg & Ludwig Beethoven were my favorite. In the 90s I was introduced to Ragga and Soul and discovered Swing in the late 90s!
Films: I love watching the old BnWs on TCM, Bette Davis is a must! Rogers and Hammerstein musicals, cheesy but classic "Planet of the Apes" and latterly the "Shawshank redemption" and the "Green Mile".
Sports: I love swing dancing. Lindy Hop, Charleston all African American vernacular dance.
Scared Of: Spiders of course!
Happiest When: on holiday and getting to know this wonderful world that we live in. Meeting the locals and getting familiar with their lifestyle.
