rules of mountain biking
1 If you are not enjoying it, get rid of the bike, its not the sport for you.
2 If you cannot cycle up a hill, get off and walk, its not a crime to walk.
3 If you don't fall of occasionally, then you are a spectator, and remember if you are not injured laugh, everyone else will.
4 When doubt chicken out, beats destroying your bike, and then having to explain to your insurance company why you want a top of the range one in exchange
5 You can have my bike, when you take it from cold dead hand.
6 Wiping your helmet is not a offence. Wiping someone elses could be
7 If you are going to try cross country mountain biking, start with a small country.
