For the past 1 month, I (austin) have been going on a pure Mountain Dew diet. This means i can not drink anything except mountain dew. after that 30 day period, i noticed no negative health effects. I have noticed however, that i have gotten much more energy, and it has been easier to wake up in to mornings. But, for the days afterward, i havent drank any mountain dews at all, leading to withdrawl symptoms, loss of sleep, extreme headaches, and stomach cramps. Thus proving, that Mountain Dew can be harmful if not ingested.8 Kommentare 802 Tage
