One month...
That's right, it's exactly one month until I leave for the UK again. I'm in planning mode at the moment, buried knee deep in lists (I'm an organizational freak - don't mock me)! August 24th is the day. At least tentatively. Until then, I'm just hanging out at home, hoping to catch up with everyone before I go!

I did get a new job, at Ellerslie but then Waipuna offered me more money to stay, so I haven't gone. It's a career investment I like to think
Other than that everything is pretty much same ole same ole. Have Chris and Em been to see you yet? I was slack before she went and didn't give her my email addy so I haven't heard from them since they left. I'm feeling so lonely and singular *sniff*.
Clifton and I want to catch up but with her only having weekends off and me only having random days it's hard.

Dunno where I heard about that woman playing Glinda but it better not be true because she is honestly crap.
I've been watching a whole lot of Kristin Chenoweth for lack of anything better to do and part of her brilliance is the crazy american accent she has when she sings and then there are a couple of other chicks who play Glinda very English and they suck. Chances are Melbourne will be English and I will hate them for it.
I watched this video on YouTube with Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel and I am like sooo in awe of them they're both absolutely gorgeous and they open their mouths and it's amazing.
I listened to Wicked and Rent respectively for like an hour and a half and now I have to watch Rent. Yay.

I went looking for Melbourne Wicked news and there was this this that said this chick Stephanie Carswell or something to that effect might play Glinda and seriously, I'll staple my ears to the wall of the aeroplane and refuse to get off if that's the case.
On her website she had a file of her singing 'Popular' and also 'Another day' (Rent) and my god did she murder both of them. She has this really weird intonation thing going on...
Anyway, I'm really sorry I couldn't make it on Friday but the sickness got the better of me. Hope it was a good night, Em said that Chris' gig went really well which is good.
Hopefully I'll be able to get in touch with you before you're off but I don't know since you leave on Friday and my first day off is Friday...but we'll see what we can do, maybe an early lunch is called for...
